The institutions are not independent of the conditions of the society in which they live. Advancement of the society, living thereof with abundance and in easy circumstances or experiencing economical and social difficulties affects the institutions directly. Therefore, every and each institution should always assess what kind of positive values it produces for the development of the society as well as whether it has any responsibility for negativities in the society, if any. No institution may implement a policy to save only itself and to live by abstracting itself from the economical world to which it is a member.
