2002	Yurtiçi Lojistik A.S. has been established.
2003	Cargo@Cargo has joined Transportation Group of Arikanli Holding.
2003	Yurtiçi Lojistik has signed a joint andnture agreement with Tibbett & Britten Group and took the name Yurtiçi Tibbett & Britten Lojistik.
2003	A new company namely GeoPost Yurtiçi Kargo A.S. has been established upon pooling of forces by Yurtiçi Kargo and GeoPost.
2004	MEF International School – Izmir has commenced its education and training activities.
2004	Geopost Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.S. has established new joint andntures namely 'GeoPost Bulgaria' in Bulgaria and 'GeoPost Cargus' in Romania
