MEF COURSES
MEF-EBAV RESEARCH PROJECTS COMPETITION
Since 1991, MEF Courses and EBAV (Education and Scientific
Research Support Foundation) hold 'Research Projects Competition'
annually. The competition aims to support science education
in Turkey, to encourage talented students to engage in
scientific research and to raise them as "Future
Scientists". Many creative projects in physics, chemistry
and biology take part in the competition, held among high
school and equivalent school students across the country.

SCIENCE SUPPORT PLATFORM
The range of students reached by the Research Project
Competition has been augmented over the years, as the
demand of young students distant from large cities and
university campuses was taken into consideration. In
these efforts, the Science Support Platform has been
actively involved as an extension of the project competition
and, helped provide information and material support
to the student who could not participate in the competition.
The Science Support Platform was established to contribute
to the advancement of Turkey by supporting future scientists.
It also acts as a bridge between the teachers and students,
who are struggling to prepare projects, and the willing
businessmen and companies. Thus the scientific projects
of students, whose needs are fulfilled by contributions
of charitable entrepreneurs, can participate in the
competition.
